The hotel is located by the river in a quiet area. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the city center, saving you the trouble of driving and parking while shopping. As soon as we entered the door, we found that the toilet and sink were blocked. We immediately contacted the front desk, but they immediately sent us tools to deal with it ourselves. We were given another room after insisting on changing rooms or leaving the hotel. Without this unpleasant experience, this would be a nice place to stay! Breakfast is also delicious!

I am not one to complain but I payed $230 for one night, I would expect for that price to have no issues. Unfortunately the carpets were very wet and the smoke detector was not installed, it was sitting on top of a cabinet.

Desk clerk was indifferent to my questions and it was difficult to understand their foreign accent. Our room was awful. Water damage on the walls and the floor in the bathroom was damaged. The internet password kept having to be reloaded. Breakfast was sparse. For $129 per night, the only options were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and bacon. The juice machine was broken. I have stayed in many Best Western hotels but this one was the worst.

Walking distance to the main shops although not right in the heart of it all. Pros and cons to this but definitely is nice to have some quiet in the evening! The building itself was a bit outdated but the rooms were nicely renovated. Room was clean and staff were friendly! Would stay again!

Room looked nice upon first glance. As we settled in we noticed multiple roaches, kept killing them and more would pop up. As the stay went on, it started to rain heavily. We heard a noise coming from the window to discover a leak. The water coming in soaked the floor and everything together ruined the stay

Everything was fantastic, and the room was clean and upkeep very quickly and professionally. The only issue I had was that the sink and shower were clogged. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay, and everything else about the room was fantastic and cozy.
