We checked into today my daughter and myself and just love it. It is spotlessly clean and so comfortable. A great location just a very short walk to the main village street. This reminds me of when mom and pop motels were the mainstay when in my youth and they truly cared about their guests. There is every thing you need and wonderful rocking chairs out front and down by the creek to sit and get so relaxed. The beds are so comfortable and truly one of the cleanest motel/hotels have stayed in the last few years. It is going back in time when sitting and rocking and having conversations with your neighbours was the norm. We have two more nights and so thankful that we have booked here. Your car is parked right in front of your unit. Very very easy check in.

Quaint motel. Reminds me of the motels we stayed at when I was little. Clean and comfortable. I love the retro look and having screen doors and rocking chairs out front. It was nice seeing people outside rocking away and visiting with their neighbors. Cute little patio at the end of the building by the stream with sliders and a 2 person swing.

Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay in this quaint little motel! It is within very close walking distance to Anakeesta and the Sky Bridge, which means it is also close to the main *****. There seems to be only 18-20 rooms so it likely fills up fast during peak seasons. There are sidewalks from the motel to the main *****. The only down side is if you happen to be traveling with multiple families in one room with multiple cars you only have one parking spot. Our room (18) had two Queen or full beds, fridge, microwave, coffee, and heat/AC. The room wasn’t large, but we didn’t really plan on being in the room except to sleep. The owners were pleasant and helpful. If you use Waze to get here you may drive right by like we did so be on the lookout when you get close. We would and likely will stay here again!

Family orientated Staff is friendly and and strive to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are very clean and cozy! We will go back for future stays. Also walking distance to main street in gatlinburg.

My only issue with the property is the mattress/beds. They felt like blow up air mattress with spings. Bathroom a little bit for fitting stuff, but overall not bad.

Great stay! This is a great, off of the Main Street hideaway. It is old-school in character but very clean, well maintained, quaint and comfortable. It sits right along the creek with lovely outdoor seating as well as rockers on the porch. The rooms are small but have all that you need. The family that owns it take pride in its care. The price was very reasonable. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the busy Gatlinburg ***** and there is also a shuttle bus stop at the motel if you want to ride to any of the other attractions in town. We would stay here again if we came back.

Quaint Motel nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg This quaint Motel is such a refreshing change from the huge multi-story Hotels. Love it. You have your own assigned parking spot, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg walking or driving. Lovely seating by the creek. Just all around great place to stay.
