This place was a disgrace to the Ramada brand—and to hospitality in general.** I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world every month, and this was by far the most disgusting, mismanaged mess I’ve encountered. The building is falling apart: filthy carpets, stale-smelling hallways, and rooms that feel like they haven’t been cleaned since the early 2000s. The pool? It looked like it belonged in a horror movie—yellow, foul-smelling, and clearly unfit for human use. But the real kicker was the absolute chaos caused by a swarm of drunk teenagers the hotel booked after prom. They screamed, ran around the halls, pounded on doors, and kept guests awake until 7 a.m. The front desk staff kept feeding us empty promises all night: “We’ll take care of it,” “They’ll be removed soon”—all lies. They did nothing. We had to call the police ourselves. To add insult to injury, the manager had the audacity to lie to my face the next morning, claiming no one else had complained. That was a bald-faced lie—I watched multiple people begging for help throughout the night. This wasn’t just a bad stay. It was a complete failure of basic hospitality, sanitation, and respect for paying guests. If you value your health, sanity, or sleep, avoid this place like the plague.
