Stayed here many times with work. Excellent location, super friendly staff and amazingly clean. Great value for money. Restaurant inside and bar which is a little expensive for what it is but there is a pub and carvery across the road (2mins walk).
Parking is free and there is always loads of it. The hotel itself is on a bit of a retail park which can get busy at times but I’ve never struggled to park and I’ve stayed here at least 40 nights since April.
I don’t write reviews to be fair. But credit where it is due.

Stopped here 28/11/24 and I’ve got to say one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Staff were awesome ( big shoutout to Steve who looked after us for breakfast). Modern hotel great parking 45-60mins from St James Park on foot 👍👍👍 Food great ( try festive menu🌲)

Lovely hotel. One of my favourite premier inns although in my opinion it’s starting to look a bit shabby in places. Ricky did a fab job looking after us at breakfast which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable including my daughters travel bed.

After many visits to Premier Inn hotels all over the country, this one is without doubt the best. The rooms are modern, well maintained and exceptionally clean. The food is fantastic, and the breakfast has lots of aspects that other hotels should consider - special requests offered on arrival and made to order, teapots, actual toasters not an ineffective rack, all small things but they make a difference! From the moment we arrived the staff have been friendly, professional and helpful. The people who were in the restaurant this morning ( Ricky and another lady), have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again and will be recommending it to other!

Absolutely recommend this hotel staff so friendly and can't do enough for you. Big thank you to Ricky couldn't help us enough. Location is great for Newcastle City centre and Gateshead. Food and retail shops close by. Will definitely use this hotel again.

It’s okay. Out of Guinness. No cider on draft. Short of staff. No coleslaw. Disappointed that prawn cocktail not as advertised i.e. no rye bread. Can’t accept cards for payment. Supposedly temporary, even though the signs appear to have been up for a while. Rooms same as other Premier Inns. Staff friendly.

Ricky looked after us very well, friendl, helpfu and efficient. It all helps you feel welcome and relaxed and sets you up for the day. Staying in a hotel should be easy, all the staff looked after us and made our stay as simple as possible, thank you.

Just stayed here why visiting family. 15 of us. Couldn’t fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, restaurant we had breakfast which was very good. Used the bar both nights, when we got back, which had a relaxing atmosphere . Will use again.

Very comfortable, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Breakfast staff were also very polite and helpful. (Ricky) The only thing was we were a little delayed in checking in as our room was not ready. Other than that everything was great.
