My girlfriends and I booked a room only to arrive after a long (and I mean long) day of travel to be accounted by their manager Déborah. She was absolutely rude and completely useless. We booked weeks in advance and paid to not only be berated and denied access to our booking. Suffice to say we left, disputed the credit charges (approx 4k) as we were denied our booking but instead found some beautiful air bnbs just up the street. Closer to the beach, city and port. Had an absolutely great tip in St Tropez despite a terrible start. Dennis who also works on the property was very sweet and a professional. Upon loading our Uber he and his embarrassed coworkers apologized and felt absolutely horrible for the behavior of their supervisor.
