Absolutely the WORST beds we’ve ever slept in! We all woke up so sore because of how hard the beds were. There was a stain on the comforter (looked like dried blood), room smelled very musty, chair on balcony was so dirty, you didn’t want to sit in it. The room was very outdated and the bathroom door was difficult to shut. Shower drain also was very slow to the point you stood in water to your ankles. Overall, not happy with the price you pay to stay there.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast used to be much better so ended up going out for breakfast after the first morning but everything thing else was great. Location is quiet and relaxing. Our favorite place to stay when I the area.

We have beeb staying at this hotel for over 20 years. I highly recommend. The South Tower rooms have hotel front view and a balcony. The North Tower side is view or parking lot and back of hotel. Hot and cold breakfast buffet and beverages. Inside pool and outside seasonal pool, fitness center, onsite restaurant (Wed or Thur through Fri. 4/5pm to 9pm).

Staff was super friendly. Feel like they need general maintenance to the build . Some of the doors looked broken into,but i believe it from carts rolling in and out. The locked to my room did not work,didnt notice till the last days.breakfast was pretty slim on weekdays, weekends seems to have more options .other then that ,it not to bad for the price.

Check-in staff very unfriendly. No vending machines, no microwave in the room (one microwave next to the ice machine). Asked front desk for a menu for places to deliver, reply was to try Door Dash. We ended up going out in the rain to KFC and that place is great! Really helpful, gave us good/sturdy plastic ware, a few cardboard plates, but it worked as the food was really good, probably the best KFC we've had. My wife is completely wheelchair bound, the "accessible" room was on the 5th floor. In case of an emergency I would have had to try to get her down 5 floors of stairs, she is unable to stand. The room had a tub, not a roll-in shower. She couldn't get to the sink and the towels/washcloths were very high up. Room should not be considered "accessible". The "free" breakfast was terrible. The sausage links are spicy (no indication they were until you took a bite) and they were cold. The scrambled eggs were hot, but tasteless. The biscuits and gravy were alright. McDonald's would have been better. Also, the walls are very thin, the room next to ours had young kids, you could hear and feel them bouncing off the wall that our bed was attached to. The A/C would run, then when it shut down, the room would get really warm and muggy. We will not return there and do not recommend. Don't forget their onsite restaurant is closed every Sunday and Monday.
