Ce gîte est tout simplement merveilleux ! Sylvie nous a accueilli chez elle et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison durant ces 5 nuits. De délicieux déjeuners nous attendaient chaque matin et nous pouvions converser avec Sylvie en même temps. Elle nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils sur les visites à effectuer dans cette belle région de Gaspé, notamment le Parc National Forillon. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce superbe gîte et notre charmante hôtesse Sylvie ! Nous avons hâte de la revoir. Merci !!!

Cette maison historique est merveilleusement située avec une vue imprenable sur le Bassin du Sud-Ouest et sur Gaspé. Elle est techniquement située dans la ville de York, mais est très proche de la marina. Sylvie a été très attentive à nos besoins et nous concoctait des déjeuners copieux différents tous les jours. Nous avons profité largement de la quiétude de cet endroit pour nous ressourcer. // This historic house is wonderfully situated with breathtaking views of the Bassin du Sud-Ouest and Gaspé. It is technically located in the town of York, but is very close to the marina. Sylvie was very attentive to our needs and prepared various hearty breakfasts for us every day. We made the most of the peacefulness of this place to recharge our batteries.

Sylvie lovingly maintains a beautiful ca. 1830's home facing the bay in Gaspe, QC. We stayed in the Alain Painchaud room. It, and a private bathroom ten steps away, were immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, some fine ham and cheese gratineed on a croissant, with fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Sylvie asked about our food likes and preferences and came up with a lovely light breakfast for us. She also gave us a tourist tip about Perce Rock. If you are heading that way, she will share a great secret with you.

L'accueil chaleureux de Sylvie, la belle chambre bleue si confortable et l'ambiance feutrée de toute cette belle demeure font que je recommande fortement ce gîte. Sans compter les très bons déjeuners que Sylvie nous offre avec sa bonne humeur proverbiale. Expérience à vivre absolument !

I book by Sylvie by email the John room and we had diverse changes she accepted all changes and also keep all for us up to last day without any penalty etc.. this is top flexible and excellent booking service. By arrival a very clean, historical house toom wad the front one to sea view with amazing sunset and sun rise view I enjoy it every day. Room is nice with historic decoration but also modern devices and very comfortable bed. Cleaning program was agreed individual and we got every day a surprise warm fresh made breakfast I enjoyed every day variations and local touch taste. Sylvie is a wonderful and very lovely host and always good for a small chat also to learn lots from gaspe and around. Everything was arranged individual and perfect. It's home feeling stay I was 10 nights there for a job and enjoy always be back like home by good relatives! It's the one and only place I would stay in gaspe and I would do it certainly again. Thank you Sylvie for all makes stay nice comfortable and very relax.
