Eu tiro férias sempre em Resort vim para cá atraído pelo descanso e as águas chegando aqui constatei que as águas eram mornas para fria fiquei muito chateado e quis cancelar as outras diárias e ir embora no mesmo dia porém quem me atendeu na recepção foi uma menina muito querida Tamili com muito profissionalismo e equilíbrio conseguiu me convencer a ficar eu utilizar todas as diárias que já haviam pagas as outras atendentes da recepção muito bem atenciosos também porém essa menina se destaca no comprometimento e no carinho que ela trata os hóspedes até cheguei a pensar que ela fosse da gerência até tentei me alterar um pouco para ver se desequilibrava ela mas no fim ela conseguiu me convencer com bastante equilíbrio parabéns não perca essa funcionária! Nas dependências do Resort tudo muito organizado e limpo restaurante muito bom funcionários do bar da piscina também nota 10! Recreação perfeita! Certamente voltaria aqui em épocas mais quentes tipo verão! Mas fica sugestão providenciar águas na piscina interna e jacuzzi de 38 a 40 graus para inverno assim vocês podem ser chamados de resort!

Ambientes do resort excelentes, com exceção da água que considero fria para estação. Quanto ao atendimento considero excelente, chamando atenção especial a Tamili, pelo comprometimento com a empresa, realmente vestindo a camiseta, na resolução equilibrada de situações diversas, como desde a desistência da diária até simplesmente regular a tv. Pessoas assim são difíceis de encontrar num mundo onde cada um quer somente seus próprios interesses. Merece reconhecimento pelo empenho dispensado.

Comida maravilhosa, atendimento excelente com pessoas simpáticas, educadas e sempre solícitas. O quarto é super confortável. A trilha é bem agradável e a sala de jogos é completa, com sinuca, pingue-pongue e muito mais!

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa! A recepção na chegada foi um pouco lenta para o checkin! O quarto é bem confortável e limpo! As piscinas internas e externas são aquecidas, isso é muito bom para épocas frias! A recreação é o principal ponto positivo do hotel, fica aqui meu agradecimento a todos os tios e tias da recreação! O atendimento dos Garçons é excelente, sempre disponíveis!

Amei o Resort, tivemos uma ótima experiência do início ao fim.. As refeições são gostosas e a cesta de piquenique aos sábados é um evento a parte. A parte da recreação é excepcional, tanto para as crianças quanto para os adultos, o tio Cuca animava as interações com os adultos. Além de ter a opção para carregamento de carro híbrido.
