I booked a room on ******* and when I showed up, after driving for 12 hours, I was told there were no clean rooms available. They said they had to cancel my reservation and I asked them to confirm that I would receive a refund through *******. They said I would, but that wasn’t true. ******* cannot get a hold of this location. They will not issue me a refund without talking to this location and I have no confidence they will tell them the truth. The employee I dealt with was miserable and clearly hated his job. $200 down the drain. Avoid!

This was a decent hotel with plenty of space in the room The staff were friendly I only ever had breakfast once - it was ok but nothing exciting The gym was very small with a few running machines and some weights They had laundry room for you to complete your washing and drying The 7-11 across the pathway was also very convenient

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the buffet breakfast was definitely sub par. We had no hot water for 2 days and the hotel didn't refund us any of our money for the inconvenience, instead they gave us 25,000 points (good for 1 night stay) after we became IHG members because the manager said that's all she could do. Which those points will just go to waste because the chances of us staying at another IHG are slim to none..
