The only flaw is the air conditioning temperature which cannot be controlled from the apartment. Everything else is truly excellent.

Room spacious and quite comfortable although we had to ask for blankets not provided, no kettle. Information about the hotel and its facilities should be made available to guests in the room. I had to call reception but no number displayed. Big disappointment for access to the SPA which became chargeable (in previous years the SPA was included) and this information does not appear on the hotel website. And unfortunately, I chose this hotel to enjoy a moment of well-being with friends. Newcomer registration takes too long! We waited 30 minutes (2 couples in front of us) to go to reception. Despite the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming staff, we will not return to this establishment which needs to improve certain negative points (no toilets in the restaurant, you have to go down to the basement...)

The structure is located in the hinterland of Loano, a 5-minute drive from the beach, it is excellent and complete with all the necessary comforts, the room is clean and spacious with a view of the sea in the distance... the kind hotel staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is full of choice, for all tastes.

Fantastic place recommended

Cinque giorni ai Pozzi Village, struttura perfetta e full di servizi: parcheggio al coperto, SPA, palestra, piscina quasi olimpionica e piscina per i più piccoli, possibilità di scegliere appartamento o camera. La camera era ampia, e pulizia accurata. Presente servizio navetta, drivers sono simpatici, puntuali e disponibili. Staff di animazione presente sia per adulti che per bambini sono molto bravi e simpatici. Servizio ristorazione ottimo sia per la colazione che per la cena: menu self service con piatti che variavano tutti i giorni. Qualità molto buona e ampia varietà dei piatti Ottimo lo staff dalla ristorazione alla reception, ma ovunque sono disponibili Ecco, forse bisognerebbe aumentare un pochino la temperatura nel ristorante; sarebbe più funzionale se il pagamento degli extra (ad esempio bevande) fosse fatto al check out. Probabilmente complicato avere il servizio navetta alla sera, però sarebbe una grande comodità se al mattino il servizio navetta terminasse alle 13 anzichè alle 12. In ogni caso dalla spiaggia alla struttura sono 15, massimo 20 minuti a piedi Altamente consigliato questo villaggio per la comodità, per i servizi che offre, per lo staff. Valuteremo sicuramente di tornarci l'anno prossimo Cinque stelle anche da parte di mia figlia di dieci anni
