The lobby lacks any life or invitation to stay. They are there to collect your money, you are there to sleep. That's how they view you, that's how they present it to you, that's how it will be. Parking is great because you'll probably be one of 10 people there. To be fair, the room does its job and the internet is functional.

Beds were hard, but clean. No bugs. Walked around in socks and they stayed white. Only bad was breakfast. Had packets of oatmeal, yoghurt, 2 different cereals, milk, coffee and juice.

Kept lost a blanket
Over all stay it was 6/10 . my dislike from the hotel was it Staff, Cleaning staff to be precise. My daughter forgot her blanket with her name engraved. Went back to the hotel to claim it and the front desk that nothing Was turned in to the lost and found.

Elevator didn’t work, the smoke alarm in our room didn’t have a battery so it was chirping, the light as you came into the room wouldn’t work, the toilet was stopped up and I spent 15 minutes plunging it and it still wouldn’t clear. After sending my son back downstairs with the plunger, I expected to at least get moved to another room, but was told they’d call maintenance, this was at 10:23 pm. REALLY?!?! Had only two towels in the bathroom. And the phone in the room didn’t work so this all had to be relayed running up and down the stairs. Traffic noise was unbelievable, sounded like a street race going on outside our window. We were on the second floor above the pool and people kept coming and going through a door or gate that was so loud. Overall VERY disappointed in the room, and the way the staff handled things. Absolutely the worst stay ever!

Bad experience
The hotel was marked as tobacco-free and the corridor to my room smelled a lot of cigarettes and it went into my room. I asked for a room change and they didn't want to change it because the hotel was full but because of the few vehicles parked I knew it wasn't true the room smelled bad and the floor was too dirty
