Last night was a party with full blast tahona music beer and lots of noise the next morning went to breakfast 9am and had to eat among cigaret butts and bottle caps see pics

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. The staff was so nice and accommodating to our church group. The front desk receptionist was so nice. It was just an overall good stay.

Room nice big. I like the breakfast. No microwave in room There is room for it The big problem was it had bedbugs and told them on check out and all they said was sorry so wont be going back

Room was damaged and moldy, they didn't offer or allow me to swap rooms even though i explained my allergies. The hotel wasn't fully booked they probably had an equivalent room available

Conveniently located for every place we needed to get to. Rooms clean and the accommodated the requested for two of the three rooms to be next to each other. Only con was not a lot if options near by for a sit down causal dinner with friends / family.

There was an issue with our reservation site, and the hotel was booked and they were able to help us get room at the original rate. The hotel is right next to our destination and super convent to get to. Very clean and modern. The reception was absolutely fantastic tracking down the details of what happened

Dishonest
I had a travel cancellation. The policy is that a no show would be charged 1 nights. This was a 2 night stay and they refuse to credit me the one night even though it is in their written cancellation policy.
