When we arrived we were informed that there was a $100 deposit required which I had to put on my card and now have to wait for it to be put back on. We requested a smoking room but the room had no ashtrays. We decided to lay down and watch some TV but the source was stuck on hdmi and couldn't be changed with the remote, front desk informed me that maintenance had to come change it for us. They ended up having to just swap our TV for another one. I decided to take a shower and the shower head was too clogged up to spray properly. I tried to make a cup of coffee the next morning only to find the coffee maker in our room didn't work. I attempted to call the front desk and found the telephone also did not work.

The Front Desk Staff was amazingly welcoming and courteous and went above and beyond our entire stay! The rooms were clean and well kept. I highly recommend this Hotel! The overall experience was better than some 5 Star Properties I have stayed at!
