Tried to book their highest category villa - Sphere Ovest for 14 nights through their email. This would be a booking of close to 80,000 euro including the extras. I had about 5-6 rounds of email exchanges. Each response took between 2-3 working days for responses from the resort. Several of the emails that I sent were not responded to and I had to send reminders. At the end of it, I was informed that my “booking had expired” possible because it took too long! Replying to the mail chain was impossible as the mails bounced back. Strange experience. Generally booking is a smooth process and any establishment would want to ensure the first impression is good. Perhaps, this is a billionaire only resort and bookings of a paltry sum of 80,000 are not enough to warrant attention and prompt responses. It’s a shame because the reviews on tripadvisor otherwise seem great but it seems they are trying hard to ensure that they don’t get bookings! Seems like will be successful. It looks like someone is not doing their job and needs to be fired - either the person in charge of IT or the person in charge of reservations! Not sure whose fault it is. Perhaps both

Café da manhã e atendimento maravilhosos
Fomos no inverno, portanto fora de temporada. Talvez no verão tenham o serviço de buffet no café da manhã. Pra nós foi servido na mesa, mas foi um café maravilhoso!. Pão fresquinho, frios deliciosos… tudo perfeito e o atendimento foi nota 1000

Ottima posizione per un ottimo relax. Personale molto gentile e professionale. L’intera struttura, hotel e ville, molto bella e curata. Stanze molto pulite e ordinate. Qualità del cibo molto buona dal salato al dolce. Ottimo il servizio 👍🏼

Wir haben das Hotel nach einer Empfehlung als hotelgäste kennengelernt. In der Zwischenzeit haben wir in der gleichen Straße eine Ferien Immobilie und haben nun die Annehmlichkeit genossen zum Geburtstag unseres Sohnes ein besonderes Frühstück zu genießen! es war toll - sogar Dekoration und einen Kuchen gab es für ihn, alles andere als selbstverständlich!!! Wenn uns Freunde besuchen, haben wir bis jetzt auch dieses Hotel empfohlen und bisher waren alle begeistert! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Прекрасное место для умиротворенного отдыха. От аэропорта Мальпенса более 2-х часов. Отель располагается на закрытой охраняемой ухоженной территории в 1-2-х км. от ближайшего населенного пункта, вокруг- горы, прекрасный вид на озеро Гарда. Номеров около 20, 2-х этажный корпус, все просторные. Гостиная-спальня отделена перегородкой от зоны ванной, которая располагается на ступеньку выше уровнем . С дверью только туалет, душевая прозрачная. Практически ежечасно доносятся звуки волшебного колокольного звона от 2-х католических храмов, что добавляет атмосферности этому месту. Проживание в номерах основного корпуса скорее подойдет семейным парам. Если вы с детьми до 12: лучше запаситесь всякими средствами развлечений для них, чтобы не скучали, и бронируйте виллы, они с частными бассейнами, основной бассейн довольно маленький, глубина 1.35, и вовсе не предназначен для маленьких детей). Предоставляется шатл от отеля и обратно до любого городка в пределах 10 км- Salo, Riva Del Garda и еще какой-то, ехать 5- 12 минут по красивейшей, местами очень узкой горной дороге, это бесплатно. Если планируете путешествия куда- то еще по Гарде- до ближайшего города с ж/д вокзалом ехать минут 30, потребуется такси или паром из Salo (не пользовались, просто для информации).

The hotel is exquisite. Beautiful architecture, classy interior design and in a stunning location. Every room has a beautiful view and luxury touches. Food was delicious. Breakfast and evening meals were beautifully prepared and presented. Service was fabulous too. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing! All staff we're lovely. Kind, helpful and made us feel so welcome!

Your resort was amazing. Could not fault anything. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite that was incredible. Breakfast was tasty, dinner very good. Special mention to the great guy at reception who was so friendly and helpful with everything.Thank you.
