I can't rate this hotel highly enough. From the first night, when due to our late arrival we were allowed to use the restaurant before booking in, to the next morning when we asked to change rooms because of early morning traffic disturbing my light sleeping wife's sleep, to every member of staff we met being polite, approachable and professional, we both loved everything about the Hotel Savoy. Although the drive from Verona isn't short, staying in Gardone means that access to either the north, south or east of the lake is equally easy by bus or boat.

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé sur le lac de Garde avec un personnel d'une extrême gentillesse et une carte délicieuse. C'est un endroit reposant et très agréable tous points de vue. Facile d'accès. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait, le diner du soir est excellent

Se ha 4 stelle devono rispecchiarle in tutto. Nella ns camera al piano sotto la reception, doveva essere "parziale vista lago" ... ma dove? Così in basso era praticamente impossibile. Si affaccia su parte della piscina piena di foglie e poco curata, a settembre è ancora utilizzabile. Odore di cibo terribile in camera al mattino presto da non riuscire a stare, quando siamo saliti in auto i ns vestiti erano impregnati. A colazione nessuno ci accoglie, tavoli tutti da sparecchiare, non c'è un tavolino x 2 dove potersi sedere. Brioches finite, pane in cassetta e yogurt pure per un bel quarto d'ora, non deve succedere in un 4 stelle... non ci chiedono per il servizio caldo e non c'è possibilità di servirsi da soli con acqua calda x il tè ad esempio. A parte la Sig.ra con i capelli corti neri, gentilissima e molto indaffarata, le altre sparivano dalla sala e quando erano presenti sbuffavano se veniva loro chiesto qualcosa. Non vale il prezzo pagato (225 euro la doppia)

Hotel meraviglioso in tutto!!! Stati li x un concerto al Vittoriale. Personale gentilissimo, camera pulitissima e molto spaziosa,una vista lago meravigliosa, ci torneremo sicuramente per più giorni però, usufruiremo sicuramente della spa che c'è all'interno.....

Brilliant room with lake view terrace 307! Parking included in the price. Great size of the room. Good housekeeping team. Used the spa once. Breakfast could be better - bacon not great quality, more choices required. Eggs made well but only one chef for that is too slow. Pool was cold but fresh.

Couldn't fault the hotel. We stayed for a couple of nights and found the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast and, om a minor point, unlike some hotels they brought tea and coffee to you! :) The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and in an excellent location.

Great location especially the view from our level 4 room. Immaculately clean traditional style (evidently internally rebuilt in 1999).Our room had a tiny balcony just room for 2 chairs others varied between a terrace with sun beds, 2 chairs and a table, Juliet and no balcony. Restaurants, shops, boats, buses all within 3 minute walk. Niggles: the restaurant was fully booked with package tour customers on half board we managed to book in for one night and the dinner was excellent. WiFi in the room was excellent sitting by the window or on the balcony but not into the room or on the bed. Staff were good and mainly cheerful. Massive thank you to Rosanna front desk manager who rearranged out travel when BA cancelled our flight home and changed the departure airport.

Location favolosa, personale cortese e disponibile, posizione strategica ai piedi del Vittoriale, raggiungibile sia a piedi sia in auto in pochi minuti, con una vista meravigliosa sul lago, in un ambiente raffinato e rilassante dove poter trascorrere dei momenti piacevoli.

This hotel is really special. It combines a beautiful setting with efficient friendly staff, who are always willing to help you and ensure your holiday is enjoyable. We have stayed twice now and both times we have been so well looked after. The rooms are traditionally Italian and have a luxurious feel. Bedding is soft and comfortable and the room is cleaned to a very high standard each day. The view from our rooms both times was breathtaking and the food is amazing. We really should try other holiday destinations, but when you find a gem like the Savoy Palace, it's hard to look elsewhere. I've no doubt we'll be back.
