Every time I stay at this hotel, I’m greeted with the warm, bubbly personality of Keyonna at the front desk. She’s one of those rare employees who truly seems to enjoy her job and it shows in everything she does. Whether she’s laughing with guests, answering questions, or going above and beyond to help, she always brings such a positive energy to the lobby. I’ve noticed she’s also not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed — more often than not, she’s mopping the floors when I arrive or depart, making sure everything is clean and welcoming for everyone. She’s always eager to assist me with anything I need, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the guest experience. Keyonna is a true asset to this hotel. Her joyful presence and strong work ethic never go unnoticed, and she genuinely makes each of my visits more enjoyable. Thank you, Keyonna, for always going the extra mile!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and everything felt fresh and tidy. It made a big difference in the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!
