The room was very noisy. I changed two rooms and they were all the same. The curtains were designed to be pulled up, but the blackout curtains had no track at all. There was a half-meter gap where the curtains could not be pulled up.

The hotel is very cozy and the breakfast variety is updated every day. I like the semi-self-service style very much. The quality is also very good. The waiters are warm and polite. Due to the hotel's location close to Disney, occupancy rates are high.

I stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert. The room was clean and spacious, and I really liked having a smart TV. Check-in was smooth but in my experience, the staff could have been a bit friendlier. Breakfast was good especially the waffles, though it would have been nice to have a few more options for non-meat eaters like pastries or scones. For example, one of the days there was a western-style omelet and another meat item, both of which I couldn’t eat. I was lucky to get a room with a view of the Disney fireworks – a great surprise! The hotel is within walking distance to Target and some restaurants, which is convenient if you don’t have a car. Having a microwave in the room was also a plus.

Francisco & Kevin in the dining/breakfast area are outstanding! GREAT customer service, polite and attentive. Food always fresh, area clean and stocked! Great job!!
