So, the last time I had stayed at this hotel was roughly five years ago. We had a pretty good experience with it. Basing our stay on that we opted to stay here for a mini weekend get away. Wish I would've gone to the Sleep Inn. We stayed in a King Suite while th the perks of a sofa bed and two tvs. Original thought to this was, "Good my child will have his own to watch what he wants to watch." Not the case. We arrived and had about an hour to kill, so we.turned the TVs on. The big one worked just fine but the one the that we had told our son he could was not working. On the way out we mentioned this to the front desk clerk who told we will get it fixed right away. We returned a few hours later and tv was not fixed. We didn't pursue this issue because it wasn't worth it. When we had returned from our outing, it was pouring rain and my son and I opted to wait for his dad in the lobby while he parked the vehicle. I noticed that the lobby window was leaking water really bad. Running down the walk, soaking the floor, splashing up and soaking half a chair that was located next to the window. Next up, bathroom wall. At some point either the bathroom door had been flung open really hard or someone fell into the door. Reasoning for this assumption is due to the large hole in the wall right where the handle meets the wall. The entry door had a door stopper or handle cushion, why not the bathroom? Didn't look as if anyone had attempted to fix this. Next the squealing shower head. When you turn the shower on, the shower head squeals like a mad tea kettle. You have to peg it out on the hot side otherwise the squealing lasts even longer. Each time we walked passed or approached the front desk, whom ever was manning the counter was in the office with the lights off playing on their phone. Mind you there's not even a bell to get anyone's attention. Place has certainly gone down hill since the last time we stayed. Even for the price, we were highly disappointed. Hopefully they get some real help.
