I was booking in Grden City NY and this was in Kansas.....I went to gardn city NY and my booking was not there.....this is deceptive and will like a full refund

The hotel is in a great spot, with many restaurants and shops right nearby (including an Ihop in the parking lot). Room was clean and comfortable, and the town itself was charming — we especially recommend the excellent free zoo. A/C didn’t have a constant fan setting, but it was still fine. Staff were friendly, though the check-in agent was glued to her phone and/or computer whenever we passed :)

Pretty nice for a quick stop on a road trip. Fairly recently refurbished. Clean. Very nice staff and good breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit and more. It’s also pet friendly, which is a plus. We would stay again if we needed a quick respite.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and nothing was great about it. The breakfast was cold and the food was over cooked. The bagels and toast were hard. There were two elevators and one was not working. All the trash cans outside the hotel were overflowing the entire time we were there. The washer in the laundry room didn't work, and I needed to wash clothes for my son who was there for his state golf tournament. I then ended up having to go to a laundry mat. When I brought all of this to the hotels attention they were rude and did not do anything about it. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Due to terrible weather we had a power outage and the fire alarm was set off. The fix wasn't quick, but all of the employees were patient with all of our questions, provided the information that they could and worked to find a resolution as fast as they could. THANK YOU!

Stayed at the Hampton due to a snowstorm, but working in the area. Snow removal was great. Breakfast buffet was fully stocked. Access to I-35 nearby

What we expected. Needs a bit of an update. Doors do t seal well so you hear the hallway a lot. We happened to be next to the stairs as well so got an early wake up when a large group was leaving around 6;30.
