The carpet was filthy throughout. The room had a bad odor. Broken desk chair. The pool was not opened. My husband started itching the day after we arrived. By the 2nd night he was in agony with scratching bites. We went to the Dr’s office when we got back. He was bitten by bed bugs. He is on steroids, antibiotics and benedryl. We through away our luggage, mattress cover and quilt. And had the house treated by our pest control co. While I called and told them, they were unaffected and said thank you for calling. Think twice and check the mattress before booking this hotel.

How in the world is this property still part of the Radisson family?! It was filthy! Sticky, stained, nasty floors and carpets. Dirty everywhere. We would not dare trust to partake of the free breakfast. We have stayed in many pet-ftiendly hotels that were excellent. This was nothing short of disgusting. Never again.

Room was clean, check in staff was super nice. The lobby and breakfast area were clean. The pool was temporarily closed so I can not comment on the pool, there are exercise rooms

The furniture needs to be replaced, most were scratched and dented. The carpet in the hallways were dirty, stained and needed to be replaced. There were holes in the walls. The hotel needs to be renovated. The elevator was in need of repair. It would be a great hotel if they did renovations.

Charged my card 3 different times, none of which were for the price of the stay. The total of the 3 were 140$ over the price of my stay. The front desk lady wasn’t pleasant and cut us off when we were asking about the charges saying it was a deposit that will be returned after checkout and that each night was charged separately. The charges didn’t match my nightly total through the app. It still hasn’t been returned.

It was for my family visiting for a couple of days for business. They were very pleased with everything.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. The floors look like they have not been cleaned in months. when we checked in our first room had never been cleaned. The beds were all unmade blankets piled in the corner with feces on them. Beer cans trash is full and a bunch of wet, soaking , dirty towels in the tub.

Do NOT stay here!
This hotel was terrible. There were many drunk people loitering in the parking lot. The room was dirty... down to a filthy sock in the tub. Would NOT recommend!
