If you're looking for Service and AMAZING guest experience, then you MUST stay here!! From the second you pull up to unload and met the valet. EVERYONE in this Hotel SMILES! Everyone says hello to you whomever they are. They have a name tag they are happy and friendly! The staff in the hotel can't be beat! They are truly amazing and will literally cater to just about your every need! This was my first time staying here and I WILL be back a few times! The rooms are beautiful, great bathrooms and shower pressure and the Bed and Pillows are PERFECT! Thank You to everyone at the Hotel and I will be seeing you all again soon! CHEERS!

What a fun evening at The Garden City Hotel's rosé soirée! The patio setting was perfect, the cocktails were delicious and the rosé samplings were definitely a highlight of the night. The food offerings were also incredibly tasty. Seafood, sushi, guacamole station, bruschetta station, all kinds of skewers, passed small bites and churros served in the cutest style I’ve ever seen. The atmosphere was fun, DJ was great and raffles galore. As a first-timer at the rosé soirée, we were thoroughly impressed and will surely return next year. The friendly and attentive staff added to the overall experience. I can’t recommend this event enough! Wear pink!

My room was spacious and comfortable. I was on the club level and the food, snacks and drinks we wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly.

We spent the weeked at the Garden City Hotel for my daughter's wedding. The hotel and the rooms are beatiful and meticulously kept! The entire staff was extremely helpful. Anthony Lambert, the Senior Front Office Manager, did amazingly in accomodating all in our group of over 50 people. Great hotel and experience!!

Stayed at The Garden City Hotel last weekend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is elegant, well maintained, and full of charm. One thing that really stood out was the service. Andrew, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience and takes pride in his work. Every detail was handled with care, and any small requests we had were met with a smile and a solution. That kind of hospitality is rare these days. I’m excited for my next stay!

当初予約していたマンハッタン中心部のホテルから変更。マンハッタンまでＬＩＲＲの電車で約45分掛かるが、その運賃を加えてもお釣りが来るほど宿泊代は抑えられた。しかも、広々としたツインベッドルームはバスタブ付で、バスローブやスリッパも完備。朝食はゆったりとしたレストランで品数豊富なアメリカンスタイル。スタッフは皆ジェントルかつフレンドリー。水回りや空調機器は時代遅れの感もあったが、クラシカルな味わいの建物は内外共よく手入れされ極めて清潔。大変快適な滞在となった。 特筆すべきは周辺環境と利便性で、まさにガーデンシティの名に恥じない緑豊かで落ち着いた街並。５分も歩けば洒落た飲食店やスーパーマーケットの並ぶ商店街。ＬＩＲＲの駅はホテル敷地から道路を渡ったすぐ向かい側なので、早朝の出発や遅い時間の到着でも何ら問題無し。 ニューヨーク都心で深夜まで遊びたいならともかく、静かにのんびり、かつリーズナブルに過ごしたいなら、こちらのホテルを強くお勧めする。

We had a great stay. The entire staff is so incredibly helpful and kind here. The bartenders at the restaurant make excellent cocktails. There are many great restaurants within walking distance too which we loved!
