Three-night stay for a couple, during the Easter period, choosing a Classic superior room. The hotel is in an excellent location, easy to reach by car, even if the latter must be left in a car park about 5 minutes away on foot. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of cakes. The cleanliness of the room was good although, for the entire duration of the stay, not a cobweb was ever removed from the ceiling. As soon as we got to the room, we reported that the fridge wasn't working, and we were given the only option to leave our things in the hotel fridge. During the first night of our stay, we had an unpleasant visit from ants. Reported this to reception. we were told that they would solve the problem and so it was, even though they never bothered to ask us in the following days whether the problem had been solved or not, giving us the impression of wanting to pretend nothing had happened. The latter was confirmed at the time of check-out, where we would have expected at least the courtesy of asking us if the problems we had exposed had been resolved, which had not happened, nor even a reduction on the cost of the room, given the inconvenience.
