Prachtig hotel in het mooie Garachico. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, van receptie, medewerkers van het restaurant tot de huishoudelijk medewerkers. Kamers zijn superschoon, heel fijn. Het ontbijt is prima, het restaurant voor het diner is ook erg goed. Absoluut een fijne vakantie ervaring!

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und punktet zudem mit seiner ruhigen Lage im schönen Ort Garachico. Es besteht aus zwei alten Gebäuden, um deren Innenhöfe sich die Zimmer verteilen. Der eine Hof bietet schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Im anderen sind Pool und Restaurant angesiedelt. Unser Duplex-Zimmer (116) ging über zwei Etagen. Es war dunkel und stickig. Es hatte ein kleines Eingangszimmer mit Schlaf-Couch und Schreibtisch im Erdgeschoss und ein oben liegendes Schlafzimmer. Die Wände Türkis- und Fliederfarben. Das Sofa Lila. Nun ja. Die Eingangstür ist gleichzeitig das Fenster. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es noch eine schmale Dachluke. Wenn man auf einen Stuhl klettert, bekommt man sie geöffnet. Und so zumindest ein wenig Frischluft. Aber für den Zimmerpreis dürfte man, meines Erachtens, mehr erwarten als stickige, dunkle Kammern. Auch gab es weder kostenloses Wasser noch eine Tee-/Kaffee-Station. Auch Bettzeug und die Kopfkissen waren für meinen Geschmack nicht sonderlich. Das Bad scheint recht neu. Aber es gibt nur eine sehr schmale Badewanne (max. 70 cm breit) mit Schiebetür. Keine separate Dusche. Frühstück ist ok. Aber mehr auch nicht. Für das Abendessen sprachen uns die Restaurants im Ort mehr an. Und dort sahen wir auch viele der anderen Hotelgäste.

What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow.

Small but perfectly formed boutique hotel. Lovely building, location, rooms and such amazing attentive service. With 20 rooms it is very tranquil and restful, even in the pool. Great breakfast. Only minor issues and they were minor, couldn’t find any English language TV channels and missed an early morning coffee in the room. (although there was room service)

Lovely boutique place, very comfortable, jacuzzi bath, nice natural products, great service, lounge areas, small pool for a dip and roof terrac, good quality restaurant Really smashing breakfasts. No coffee machine in the room which I would have preferred.

Wonderful classic old hotel in the centre of town. Free parking is nearby with a drop-off outside hotel in one way cobbled street. Marvellous wooden interiors with multiple art deco, rennie mackintosh, features, and furniture. Big bedroom with all mod cons. Jacuzzi bath in bedroom. Small bathroom with walk-in shower. The dining area is situated around the small pool, which we didn't feel was ideal. Didn't really want to swim in front of people dining. The food was excellent, as were the staff. Sun loungers on the rooftop. There is one small service lift apparently not available to guests.
