酒店位置風景秀麗無可厚非。餐廳正餐服務到位，菜品口味絕佳。早餐品種一般。
客房服務員不太友好，要幾瓶瓶裝水，居然説：“衹能再給兩瓶，多了要收費”。
客房淋浴地漏排水不暢。
訂單中水果，下午茶，夜宵，都沒見到。（臨走時告知下午茶就在大廳，隨便喝）
酒店的星級標準似乎與實際狀態尚有差距。

酒店應該是原來的温泉客房改造的，外部環境很好，但是客房服務就一言難盡了，房間比較燥熱，味道很大，房間內衞生狀況也不盡人意，客房服務員都是大媽，説要兩瓶水，就不給了需要收費，攜程去協調才給了水，這在江蘇真的比較少見。早餐中規中矩，停車很困難，車多的時候，竟然停了兩道，吃完早飯，怕被堵趕緊開走離店了

房間不太乾淨，地毯很臟，熱水壺漏水，漏出來的水濃濃的茶漬，被子裏面還有乾草，你説他五鑽吧，完全達不到。宵夜週日沒有，進門前台還叮囑晚上9點下樓吃夜宵，跑下來餐廳空空如也
