張帥經理的服務真的是太周到太棒了，提前與我聯繫當天住店需要，提前給我發送了入住的温馨提示和酒店位置，給我們出行帶來的很好便利；我們到店後更是非常熱情的接待了我們，我們是一家人出遊大包小包的，張經理都主動幫我們的送到房間，幫我們準備的小童洗漱用品，非常貼心，給我們出行添加了很多美好瞬間；如果大家來高郵旅遊或出差，也非常推薦大家入住滙富金陵大飯店，金陵的服務真的槓槓好，贊👍

這次入住金陵酒店，體驗卻有些差強人意。入住前前台工作人員會提前打電話詢問何時到達，還貼心介紹了酒店的位置等，好感倍增。客房服務響應速度也很快，提出需求後能及時處理。但不得不説，衞生細節方面實在與酒店的標準不符。房間枕芯內臟斑，毛髮殘留，淋浴花灑上水垢等讓人心裏很不舒服。希望酒店能在衞生清潔上多下功夫，給客人更好的入住體驗。
