前台小姐姐服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔！有自己的地下停車場，電梯可以直達。位置在財富中心，旁邊超市美食下樓就到！值得推薦！

1、衞生問題
真的太失望了！打開房門就聞到一股黴味，床單上還有明顯的污漬，像是沒換過一樣。衞生間的鏡子佈滿水漬，馬桶圈甚至有黃色印記，讓人完全無法忍受。這樣的衞生條件，以後絕對不會再來！
2、服務態度糟糕
前台工作人員態度極差，辦理入住時慢吞吞就算了，問個問題還愛答不理，語氣特別不耐煩，全程沒有一句禮貌用語。住了這麼多酒店，第一次遇到這麼冷漠的服務，體驗感為零。還沒法開票，走了之後打電話不接，微信不回，坑人。
3、設施陳舊 / 故障
房間裏的設施簡直像上個世紀的，房間不隔音噪音大得像拖拉機，半夜還有人唱歌，吵得人睡不着。最離譜的是淋浴噴頭，水忽冷忽熱，還時不時停水，洗澡像打仗一樣。太不值了！太垃圾了！！！

這兩天都在藏區，所以酒店風格都是藏式的，房間都很大，裏面都沒有空調，因為現在不需要取暖。
今天住的是甘孜縣城裡的香巴拉，對面就是一個城市廣場，周邊也很熱鬧。
感覺甘孜的酒店比色達的還略好些，服務熱情，還多給了瓶裝水，臨走時又送了小品。但如果沒有這些，我還是會為他們點贊。不管哪裡，服務好了，感覺就會更好。
推薦入住，他們有自己的停車場。
