The hotel is very good, the location is very good, close to the station, the square is out, the supermarket, the room is clean and tidy, disposable towels, bath towels, Bluetooth speakers, TV can also cast screens, facilities are also very perfect. 酒店停車方便，出行方便，環境衞生尚可。但是關於服務，確實亟待提高，入住時要收100的按金，比較少見但也沒啥，不過不給按金收據，在我的要求下前台電話詢問經理，這也正常，不過一開口就是“這裡有個人非要按金收據...”，酒店沒有基本的禮儀培訓嗎？早上在酒店餐廳早餐，陰雨天餐廳挺黑的，整個餐廳燈都沒開，但是旁邊廚房燈是亮的，問服務員可否開燈，回答兩個字“沒有”轉頭就走，完全不想理你的感覺。説了這些並不是想抹黑誰，做生意挺不容易，但願我遇到的是個案，只是希望一定把服務跟上。
