經濟實惠。老闆熱情。一層是超市，很方便。離附屬醫院很近。周邊餐飲也很多。熱水要現燒，先燒水關閉開關後洗澡。“出門在外安全重要”。挺好。

本次入住新華旅社，説一下感受，衹能説是垃圾中的戰鬥機，20年的空調就跟拖拉機似的，還不涼。水龍頭，熱水器，馬桶出水都是小的可憐，衞生極差，蟑螂都爬到床上，桌子上來，還很大一個，嚇**！衞生是三天打掃一次，不但衞生不打掃，洗漱用品也得自己去拿，毛巾牙刷都是差的不能再差的那種。服務態度也是醉了，退房的時候，我跟他説了好幾句話，老闆面無表情全程不説一個字。

極差，基礎都達不到。牆壁潮濕發黴臟，枕套被單黃的，沒有風扇，沒有紗窗，晚上蚊子超多，衞生間一切水龍頭都是需要用擰的那種，很不方便，洗手池下水管道也是壞的，水直接從噴到地上，洗個手，褲子全部濺濕。房間桌子上一層厚厚的灰，還有上個客人點的蚊香也沒倒掉，拖鞋發黑很臟，桌椅都是破的。
