酒店位於贛州市區宋城附近，有配套停車場，可以免費停車（免費的停車場在酒店後面而不是在酒店門口，酒店大堂門口的停車場需要收費）。房間清潔乾淨，窗户有雙層玻璃，隔音效果不錯，晚上睡覺安靜。

停車很方便，老酒座，雖然設施有些陳舊，但性價比還是較高的，早餐品種少，但還經濟實惠。不足之處是洗澡間下水不暢，房間內電源插座不好用。

老酒店的配套設施一點也不落後，更覺厚重，用文旅消費券後訂房更合適了。附帶簡餐，早上吃兩口稍微填一下肚子沒問題。

服務很好，性價比很高，很舒適，房間乾淨整潔無異味（這是我住過很多酒店以來第一個平價酒店裡麪沒有異味的，非常滿意）離南門口、中聯商城那邊不遠，騎共享很快就到了
