首先服務是非常好！基本上碰到的每個服務員都很客氣！酒店雖然有點老了，但是保養還是很好！過年時候早餐就是人太多了！不過吃的還是可以的！

網上查到是本地的老牌五星，酒店維護的很好，房間內實際要比網圖更好看，帶陽台，望出去是後院的游泳池，早餐晚餐都嚐了，跟價格匹配，不過菜品更新補充太慢
酒店唯一小缺點是吹風筒已經戰損版，且天花板前側排燈已損壞，不過老酒店無法避免設施老化，綜合體驗還是不錯的

老牌酒店，紅黑金的配色，古典的歐式陳設，富麗堂皇的感覺，特別應春節的景。每個房間有陽台，看近處的園景或者看遠一點的湖景都很享受。春節客來客往，但管理和服務不輸平日，值得點贊👍

酒店的建築羣看起來高大上，房間有個陽台很不錯。但設施如電視、二樓走廊門禁都不好用，浴室也很小。每個服務員都很熱情，但當天下雨，門口十分混亂一度發生堵車，也沒人去疏導。早餐比較差，同城的希爾頓歡朋和格蘭雲天的早餐都比錦江更好。健身房只有白天才開放，不知道是不是春節的原因。
