房間新裝修的，屋內設施很全，無論出差還是家庭出遊都是不錯的選擇，停車方便，縣城不大附近美食也很多，服務員給我們推薦附近的第一小鎮很好

退房後接到賓館電話説我母親把燒水壺給摔癟了，我母親解釋並不是她摔的，今早起來用水壺的時候發現就是癟的，於是用了一下燒了點水，店家服務員問發現水壺有毛病為什麼不及時告訴賓館，我反問到你們的問題我們為什麼要及時告訴你再不影響使用的情況下以為這是正常現象，對方服務員連説了不下十次不可能不可能就一口咬定是我們摔壞的無論如何也不相信我們，而後又破口大罵****。我想問一下你們自己管理不當沒有及時查到設備狀況是不是你們自己的問題為什麼要賴到住客身上來?一個破黑色的老式水壺能值二十三十的你們這是窮不起了嗎？我讓他報警我配合調查。後來又給我打了一次電話跟我掰扯意思是他們選擇不計較這件事了，我感覺可真有意思呀，我們是來照顧你們生意的，你們非但不領情反而還跟我們對等身份甚至是高於我們質問我們，怎麼想的到底?希望客人們千萬不要訂這個賓館，也希望平台方儘快給這家店下架千萬別影響了平台方的口碑!

離店後我在門外車裡整理物品準備離開時店家前台出來告訴我房間裏有一瓶飲料消費品沒有付款價值五元，於是我跟她回前台付款，她的對講機裏傳來樓層服務員的對話語氣及其惡劣説到別讓他走還有一個他們的同行人員房間沒查完呢，就這句別讓他走口氣簡直説的像我們是罪人似的他們是政府監管人員似的，我着急離開也沒跟他計較這句話付完款就走了當裝沒聽見。請問你們有素質嗎？把我們住客當成什麼了？你們配做服務行業嗎？建議客人們千萬不要入住這家賓館以免影響了你的旅遊心情!

晚上十點半辦了入住後離開酒店後出去吃飯凌晨一點回來忘記了同行家人的房間號於是求保安幫查房間號我隱約記得一個房間號便跟保安求證保安懟到你自己知道還問我幹啥，這叫什麼服務態度，這個賓館真的是沒有培訓沒有服務就這麼接待外地人嗎？請大家務必不要訂這個賓館，太差了!
