Overall, our stay was mediocre, given the price point. The rooms could have been cleaner, and unfortunately, the bathroom had some unpleasant stains, resembling fecal matter. However, upon requesting, the staff promptly cleaned it. The remainder of our stay was uneventful. Rating suggestion: 2. 5-3/5 stars.

The ambience is good. But the lobby is so small so if the guests number increases they can't accommodate and we have to stand. And the most disastrous was the lunch part. We had to wait a lot nearly an hour to get the food and the staff aren't informing even the reason for late. The food taste was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was bad. Overall average

While the stay is good, the food quality is terrible. The location is excellent, service is ok. Amenities in the resort is good. However the view is not good.

Staffs were not professional and they have attitude. I requested extra one hour for check out they immediately refused to me. It was very rude and disrespectful way. Room is very small and it was having very bad smell. Restroom was not clean. Location is not very convenient service and facilities not worth for money what i paid

It was an excellent experience which got affected to a large extent by the disturbances created by a group of partying people in the lawn and swimming pool.
