Excellent Customer Service the reception guys are just amazing..the service guys are decent.. they are trying to understand every situation when you are free when you are busy.. they are not disturbing.. they 1st ask you for anything then they will access you.. anything you want either from outside or from inside they will delivered within minutes..

The bathroom water smell is offensively malodorous. No swimming pool. High price. Staffs are not friendly. Before i stayed in swosti chilika, that was awesome experience. But this is really horrible. A huge difference between these two properties.

Ac and fan were creaky. Wood furniture and fittings were old and dirty. Bathroom had no exhaust fan.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was good. The food was also good. Near the beach so very accessible via walk.
