The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in.

think better than rooms hotel if you travel more than 2 people. but they charge per person even if you have 2 king beds with 2 adults and 1 child. you still have to pay per child. other than that, great location, parking not very comfortable. far away from trails as you might need to drive 30-40min. but must to take the lift to the top of mountain. staff smiling is also great!!

MUSIC ON UNTILL 11 PM AND MORE. The front desk person told me it will be on for a while, but when I complained about the music next morning and that it does not allow one to sleep, he claimed that he told me that it will be on till that time, which I refused, and when the front desk manager came, she told me that I am lucky because other hotels keep it on until pass midnight. Mattress very soft and caused back pain. Pillows too hard and high and sprained my neck. Staff very unprofessional and not very polite. Breakfast was very limited and was not a five star level at all. I asked for fried eggs the restaurant staff told me it will be an extra charge!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Great hotel, with very nice service, people (special thanks to Etuna!), food and environment. Was there with my family and we loved spending time at the pool, the open-air jacuzzi, and the lobby. Breakfast was also quite generous and nice.

Прекрасный дизайнерский отель в горах. Мы были здесь в августе, и хотели походить по терренкурам ( сразу скажу, что их здесь нет). Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый в отеле, хорошо откликаются на просьбы. В августе здесь немного людей и скорее всего из за этого есть некоторые нюансы. Например, нет персонала в спа. То есть он закрыт в принципе, и мы ходили в СПА в соседний отель Марко Поло. И еще была одна неприятность - ремонтировали джакузи, которая на улице. У нас был номер Джуниор 401 с видом - во двор и на дорогу. В качестве компенсации - нам поменяли его на семейный номер 405 с видом на горы. Стало намного лучше и тише. Отель свежий и это радует.
