loved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room.

The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in.

IT IS THE FIRST TIME I LEAVE REVIEW FOR A HOTEL. AS YOU KNOW IT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL IN GUDAURI. WE PAID TO GUDAURI LODGE TO HAVE SERVICE BUT IF YOU ARE THINKING IN A SAME WAY WITH ME, YOU WILL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! THE LADY WHO WORKS AT THE SKI DEPOT IS THE COARSEST STAFF I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! WE PAY TO HAVE SERVICE AND TO NOT BE DISAPPOINT BUT SHE SAID THAT “ THERE ARE CHEAPER HOTELS IN NEW GUDAURI AND YOU CAN BOOK THERE NEXT TIME “ !!!!! PEOPLE WHO WORKS AT THE RESTAURANT ARE ROUGH!!!! NO ONE INFORMED US THAT WE SHOULD BOOK OUR BOARDS AND WHEN WE GO TO SKI DEPOT, THEY SAID THAT THERE IS NO ENOUGH BOARD!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE ??? WE CAME HERE TO DO SNOWBOARDING BUT NO ENOUGH BOARDS… AND NO ONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. NO MENAGER.. FINALLY IF YOU THINK THAT YOU PAY HERE AND YOU WILL TAKE SERVICE, NO YOU WONT..
