Pathetic hotel and staff is also unwelcoming. Constant noise of furniture movement and cutlery till late night. Guest service people steal things claiming their own when I enquired for a missing product which I forgot at reception while checking in. Worst insulation I have seen till date in any hotel, the traffic noise is so high you cannot sleep till 12 at night. Don’t stay if you want a peaceful night sleep

Staff were very courteous. Food was reasonably OK. Room layout cannot be considered as ideal with the working table and chair obstructing the passage. Parking is nightmare. Exterior images shown in the website is nowhere nearby the reality

When I went inside the pool my body got frozen..the water was very cold ..poor 5 star hotel with no heaters. The receptionist at restaurant named RAUSHAN was very arrogant and didn't corporate properly.. he even didn't knew to operate the system properly. The only guy which was good was the manager . The service was very late and bad ..even the buffet was soggy and no other items were present.

The ambiance is great but service is very very slow Food is good but very late service and some foods are cold The reception guy was confused in himself and not able to corporate with us properly ,he took 20 mins in making a coupon offer bill and waited us for too long .

Rooms were clean, roomey, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner had both veg and non veg choices. Both were prepared with perfection. Staff members were friendly and willing to go extra miles Overall excellent........................

Service and taste is very good.. Staffs are very friendly.. Mrs Bishnu took care of my child and treated us well .. Ambience is excellent. Specially rooms are ultimate .. Felt happy in staying at Ramada by Wyndham . Taste and presentation of food made special to us
