This place is very well located on the mountain.we can see the gangtok city from the room window. This view is spectacular especially at nights when the lights are lit on the hills. It looks like twinkling stars in the sky. The food is very good. The staff and their service is very good. The room service of Narim also was very appreciable. A definate place to go.

Trenz Hotel was too good staying with 0 regrets, Food 5star 😋 Rooms 5star Ambience 5star i would like to specially thanks to staff Miss . Narim Bhutia for her excellent service. I would like everyone looking for a review to just visit without any confusion. 😊

We had a wonderful experience here in the hotel. The check-in was smooth, warm welcome. The staff's hospitality was great especially Domuna & Hema at breakfast. The view is amazing. All services were provided with ease. Hoping to visit again soon👍🏻

Very nice experience good hotel and Service is good. And food is also. Great. The room was AMAZING and clean ..Food are really taste good Hotel ambiance is really beautiful ♥️. The staff named Muss Domuna and Gyandra are really hard working staff .They are always ready to serve you .They are so welcoming.Thanks Treenz for great hospitality and service.

Hotel view point was amazing apart from this each and every staff service was too good Specially when we have gone for breakfast there was one staff Ms. Domuna she was very caring and her communication regarding work very clear giving 5 star to hotel and staff.
