Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Waking up to serene views every morning was an absolute treat. The food was a major highlight – every meal was a delightful experience! Domuna's service was the best at the café. She is very cooperative and efficient. The service was top-notch. Every staff member we interacted were well-mannered. IT WAS A GREAT STAY!

We had a great service thanks to Domuna. She has been really helpful to us and has been really a good guide to us in our stay. The view from the room was very beautiful and serene to watch. Overall this stay has been very comfortable and its a great resort to stay. Would definitely recommend to all for their visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Gangtok and had an absolutely delightful experience. The location is excellent—close to MG Marg and other popular attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Special mention to the front desk team for assisting with local travel tips and making us feel right at home.
The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a variety of local and continental options. The view from the hotel was breathtaking—waking up to the mountains every morning was a highlight of our trip.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Gangtok!

The stay at Treenz Hotel was amazing. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious. We received a friendly service from all the staffs who really took care of us. Actually the hospitality from the start to end was good. Overall we enjoyed staying at Treenz.

Treenz is located in a peaceful area away from crowded Gangtok city, have grat view of the city both during day n night.
Rooms are very spacious and all required amenities both for Family and corporate guest.
Best part is ,Treenz have parking facilities which most of the hotels in Gangtok don't have.

The ambience is very good. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The poolside ambience is wonderful. The staff here are extremely co-operative and helpful. The food quality is of a very high standard. We really appreciate the service and helpful nature of Domuna.

The ambience is so good, and amicable staff right from the reception to chef, specially Hema and Domuna , Hemanth they are like family. Buffet right from breakfast to dinner is also very delicious. We tasted almost everything made it's yumm!! Worth stay here, definitely I suggest you to be here when you are with your family or friends.

Domuna ..gave us very good service in the dining room.sge was an amazing The entiire staff including reception is very nice and supportive. The hotle ambience is very beautiful with superb view. Hotle roooms are good. Overall a very nice experience we have here for three days .great experience here... . Food is nice
