The hotel was clean and good but the main problem was WiFi was not working and power cut was there and not backup for light cause the problem while staying at hotel..we had to come to reception again and again to charge our gadget which was very irritating, food was also good but not worth for Money

The male manager/ receptionist is rude and not at all accommodating. Hotel could improve it's service and sanitation overall.

I had an amazing stay at aster hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also perfect for exploring gangtok. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. 4/5 stars!

Hotel location is far from city and the service is average. Food is aweful. Room is dirty and stairs are steep.
