Our group of friends stayed here for 2 nights and the entire experience was great. Hospitality, service, food, cleanliness, comfort was all good. The staff was very friendly, gentle and helpful. The place is very beautiful and serene. 10/10 recommending this place. Special mention to AITA, KAVITA,ISMREETI for their amazing hospitality.

Our stay at this charming hotel was truly delightful. The beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful ambiance created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, consistently exceeding our expectations. We extend our sincere gratitude to Kabita, Ismriti, and Aita for their outstanding service. We were particularly impressed by the excellent value offered by the hotel. The comfortable rooms and exceptional service contributed to a highly enjoyable stay. Pleasant stay in Norling Resort & spa, property is old one but had an flavour of different stay experience.. Property is far away from MG marg.Its 20 minutes drives from city, otherwise its a very good property to spend your lazure time in Norling. Summit is always is in good in service , but little things can be overlooked when compared with all staff's hospitality..... Restaurant is well decorated, all staff are very helpful and with always pleasant behavior with smile in face always. Kabita , Anita, Smiriti and Lalam are very good . Manager Diojay was also very good . Overall it's was Pleasant stay with Summit.

In this hotel, we have loved the hospitality and delicious food served by them. Here the chef is @Satyam Sir, we had asked me the fast food and asked for pure jain food. He has served all the items in good quality. Here the staff is also helpful and cheerful.

It was an amazing experience. Property is 7 km away from m.g Road. Eye catching views and beautiful and clean property .nice ambience with delicious food.all staff was well behaved, specially, I mention kabita, she is very sweet and also very friendly with children. Most of all is a beach of happiness. When I check-out feel like home away from home.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.The food here is absolutely delicious . They uses the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way .I want to give a special shoutout to Miss Kabita for making for making our dining experience truly memorable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanour enhanced our meal.

It was Amazing stayed at Summit Norling Gangtok. Hotel property is peaceful and it was great welcome by Reception team . Chef Satyam has prepared delicious food for dinner and breakfast and it was Yum in teast. Great property and cozy rooms. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Thanks grace, kabita, aita, smriti for the best service and warm welcome. We booked a package which included breakfast and dinner. Food was very tasty and they had a lot of variety. Each and every dish had proper taste. Kudos to chef Satyam. Hotel property and surrounding area is great.
