It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

From food to stay to the resort itself Must try Jungle Cafe with chef Suren . Serne, Must try the award winning SPA. Rooms are spacious with a great view of jungle . Morning and evening Aarti is divine with the resort ambiance. Perfect gateway for family

The property is really good...staff is very well trained with l Good manners....food is good...really memorable stay with family....high tea should be improved. . ..bit costly but it's worth it...playing area is good ..view from villas are good...we have a good time with chess

It was amazing experience,everything was perfect from startvto finish, i am so glad i chose this option iy was well worth it. Food was delicious,staff was very friendly,For front office dept. Ms.kakoli,Mr.krishna and Mr. Giri they are very helpful 😄
