ShriGo Hotel Gangtok

Wonderful stay at shrigo hotels gangtok.......Rooftop view from tereace beautiful and peacefull....happily stay with my friends....Nice stay and staff are very corporative and excellent ....I recommend you all to stay here once....

Purnima is very helpful and good. All service is nice.The view of greenery is very elegant. Toilets are clean,the staff is very nice and full of houses and greenery ,there is smell but so clean.There are many nearby activities like the MG market and Enchey Monastery etc and many more.

Hotel is clean and staff is courteous. Food quality is also good. This hotel was shown as 60meter away from club mahindra royal d, whee e other members of our group stayed. Actually it is several kilometres and takes more than half an hour by car. This messed up our program and costed us time and money.

This was a awesome experience, nive views, highly successful staff , i recommend to the fullest, the stay at gangtok was very pleasent full. I recommend to the fullest. The room was spacious, and highly recommended for the family trip too. Good going

Very poor unmaintained hotel. Bedcover torn , room lock not proper, bathroom doors didn’t close , wadrobe handles broken, water logging in basin. The behaviour of staff was good but lack of proper management so they seemed lost at times.Security gaurd does most of the stuff plumbing, carpentry etc. House keeping staff seems to minimum.The security gaurd told he will also leave soon. Due to lack of staff , the hotel is un maintained. We had 3 rooms, the once with the higher price facing mountain. Looks like there is some construction blocking the view. We changed room once but there were some issues with the new room as well. We spoke to the senior manager probably General Manager ad asked him to focus on maintenance and quality. He seemed listening. Also the break fast buffer starts at 7:30 and we had to leave at 7. So we informed in advance and we were told by manager and chef they will be able to give sandwiches or bread toast only to which we agreed. When we were leaving they only haves gave bananas and boiled eggs which was of no use to us. The front office manager knew it was wrong but he didn’t have any answers. There are many other better options at this price , better to avoid so that you don’t face disappointment. Was a bit surprised with the high rating in Trip advisor due which booked this hotel. The only explanation could be it was better before and had become poor with time due to lack of staff.
