Very beautiful location.Nice and clean rooms as you can expect in a sterling. Family ‘friendly’. Breakfast is good with standard options, also would like to acknowledge friendly waiters swarup rai and Ankit for their exceptional service.

Very nice hospitality by the Sterling Group.Food was really delicious. Regarding service it’s really wonderful.Manager of the restaurant Mr Ankit Pandey was really helpful and caring. Enjoyed my Trip with the property and with the place.

The best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were not only kind and sweet but also incredibly supportive throughout our entire visit. Every member of the team went out of their way to help us, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience. I highly recommend visiting—such a welcoming and dedicated team that goes above and beyond to make you feel special.

Not so clean hotel, feels like the hotel is in an abandoned building. Very badly organized facility. Very poor breakfast. Hotel toilets in the facility was smelling and bad. No one helped with our luggages, we had to carry all of it. Spa was not good either, did not take a treatment at the spa, but the staff really did not provide too much optimism to take a treatment. Some good things, the staff were very courteous and friendly, rooms were decent but very old. Dinner was good. Will not choose this hotel again.

The family felt good on coming here, they liked the service provided by Swarup ji.And the food was also good. The look of the hotel was good and the room service was also good. The hotel management was also good.Location of hotel is good and visited.

Had a mixed experience during my stay at Sterling Gangtok Orange Village. The premier room that was allocated was stinking, the staff where courteous enough to upgrade from premier room to cottage room. Would have been good if the staff would have checked the room before allocating it. There were issues with supply of hot water too. Despite these shortcomings the staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the restaurant and room service personnel. The food was great and had a lot of variety . Would like to thank and appreciate the staff especially Sandesh, Pramod, Ankit and Swarup Anand for their courteousness and warm hospitality. They have taken really good care of us.
