Good experience stayed there for four days reception staff was cooperative. Rooms good specious. Hotel is on busy road quite away from city centre near to biggest ****** centre. Restaurant guys love their job. Mr Ankit, Swaroop and their team served us very well. Nepali veg food was good. We enjoyed veg Nepali food like thupka, Momo saphale veg and one dinner of Nepali thali. But South Indian dishes were not up to the mark. Thank you guys.

We are visit fast time in this resort. really very nice ambience. room is very clean and well maintained. view was excellent 👌👌. Food also very good and tasty 😋.all staffs are very good and polite. specially pradeep chakraborty housekeeping manager he was very helpful. thankyou everyone.

Staff is wonderful, committed to make you feel welcomed and loved. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. Food was good. It's clean. We enjoyed ****** every night. The only thing that needs improvement is facilities to compete in the market.

Wonderful service. Must mention Swarup, Ankit and Promod for their hospitality and makes you feel at home. Rooms are big and spacious, with clean bathrooms. ****** is open all night with proper service and hospitality. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, adding to its beautiful scenic beauty. Definitely a must stay.

Pending reviewReviewed This hotel was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, and the staff were very cooperative. We stayed in a Suit Room and it was spacious with a stunning view of mountains. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, and the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions. The Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sandesh Rai, he was very attentive and made our breakfast/dinner time more enjoyable and comfortable. He made sure we had everything we needed and even guided us for some local delicacies to try like Dalle Chilli Pickle, Thukpa, Phale & Sel roti - to name some of them and some local locations to explore. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.

Visited the Gangtok property and stayed for almost a week and during the stay the entire staff made sure we did not feel out of place. Mr Ankit specially made sure our dining experience was up to the mark and also helped me with my anniversary night decorations. The entire staff of Sterling Gangtok was humble and cordial and made sure all our queries were resolved promptly. They made sure our stay was comfortable and we did not have any problems. Looking forward to visiting the property soon. Thanks once again for making our trip memorable.

Orange Village, Sterling Hotel, has a very cosy atmosphere. The restaurant stands out in overall experience. Best food you will taste in Gangtok. Its here that I learnt from Mr Sandesh Rai and Mr Pramod Subba, about local cuisines and one of my favorite, Dally Chilly. We stayed in a suite room with a balcony overlooking the mountainsand valley, and the views were breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. We especially appreciated the Staffs generous and kind service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located. The ease of local transportation to and fro from Main Gangtok Town was good.
