*Notable Points:* - There was no electricity for 2 nights. - The receptionist forcefully locked us inside the hotel, and despite payment, they neither allowed us to leave nor go back to our room. - Even though food was included in our stay, we didn’t get proper meals. - The staff treated us very rudely. This has been one of the most distressing experiences I’ve ever had. As a girl, choosing to stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a big mistake. From the moment we arrived, things began to go wrong. I went with 18 of my friends, many of whom were girls, and for two consecutive nights, there was no electricity. Despite our repeated requests, the staff did nothing to address the issue. We were left in complete darkness without even the basic courtesy of a torch or candle, and there was no staff available to assist us during the night. We had already made a significant portion of the payment 90%-95% out of total payment but after returning from a day of sightseeing, the staff’s attitude suddenly turned aggressive. They demanded full payment on the spot, despite our checkout being scheduled in the next day. We asked for just a few minutes to process the payment, but their behavior was shockingly rude and hostile. They wouldn’t even allow us those few minutes of patience, as if they were looking for any reason to escalate the situation. When we made the full payment online, the receptionist still refused to acknowledge it, even after we showed her proof with screenshots and transaction history. That night, they did something unimaginable—they locked us inside the hotel, preventing us from leaving or even returning to our rooms. As a group of young girls, we felt completely unsafe and trapped. They told us that if we tried to leave, we wouldn’t be allowed outside or back into our rooms, forcing us to sit in the lobby, despite our full payment. The fear, frustration, and helplessness we felt are hard to describe. To make matters worse, although food was supposed to be included in our stay, sometimes we had not received proper meals. And throughout our stay, the staff’s treatment of us was nothing short of disrespectful and hostile. I strongly urge anyone, especially women, to think twice before staying at this hotel. It’s not just about the poor service or lack of basic amenities, it’s the way we were made to feel—unsafe, unheard, and disrespected. I hope no one else has to endure what we went through.
