The hotel Golden Crest deceives people saying it is newly renovated. The ceiling is damp and broken (photo attached). Moreover they have not provided even basic amenities like towel, toiletries etc.
The customer service is also not helpful.
Overall an experience nobody would like to have.

Vikash, vishal and deep these guy are really good trust me. Good hospitality and great experience.and the breakfast was very good it was included in the menu and we had the dinner here itself it was very resonable. Rooms you can expect like a 3 start but nor 5 star hotel.

Great stay at Hotel Golden Crest it was amazing to stay at such a great property well maintained hotel very good food and breakfast and the management was amazing Thanks to the Manager Mr Manish for organizing such a pleasant and comfortable stay also thanks to Bikash and Deep from Front desk to attend all our Queries very profesional staff and Manager looking forward to stay at the hotel again in coming future Also must suggest to other for the property

One of the budget friendly hotels, Why is it so low in rank? Though being a vegetarian it is one of the best competitors beside Udaan & Jain hotels. The room was awesome & beside delicious food layouts. Rooms are precious. This is my 5th visit & I stayed in a different vegetarian, I loved it the most. Kudos to the team. A little more in staff training is needed. Mr. Sudarshan a very professional manager helped me a lot & I really appreciate it during my stay. My children were very fond of him.

Very poor maintenance, room was not cleaned properly, lights were dim for standard rooms. Water was not available in morning & TV Dish was not working as it wasn’t recharged. Food was not hygienic and tasty. Not preferred for family that too paid almost 4K per room, worth 2k per day. I don’t prefer for any family visits. Owner should take serious actions on maintenance.

We r so happy here to stay this hotel. Restaurant staff was so excellent . Reception staff Mr.Bikash was so helpful Thank you again to all of hotel staff Food was so good We r happy to stay here Location was perfect front of main road We got here excellent car parking .

Overall the hotel was good , it was well managed and properly hygienic and all the safety measure were taken... Staff was also good and help us in all the way... Bikash singh was a good and kind hearted person he has taken care of all the things..

We came from Chennai we stayed in the hotel , Mr. Vishal Kumar bikash done excellent services to us food , reception, room services and atmosphere all every thing was excellent. Kudos to all. This is very near to city , the breakfast. And dinner south indian and north indian alternative .
