The hotel Golden Crest deceives people saying it is newly renovated. The ceiling is damp and broken (photo attached). Moreover they have not provided even basic amenities like towel, toiletries etc.
The customer service is also not helpful.
Overall an experience nobody would like to have.

The best and affordable hotel Staff was polite I had the best experience ever . Mr. Vikas had been really helpful throughout our stay in the hotel. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are very good. Neat and clean and the view of the rooms are so good mounting view room all te staff are so good and supportive had a stay with the Family and we al enjoyed alot while staying at the hotel food is excellent and the breakfast is also soo good We enjoyed a lot with our stay Special thanks to Bikash and Bishal for supporting us entire our stay

Amazing experience, the ambiance is perfect . Staff behavior is too good , very helping and kind . Specially vishal and Akash, and of course the food is amazing , they have only veg . First thing first is mountain view from the room and hotel parking facility and staff friendly nature and food quality is very good . The room is neat and clean.All service given by hotel staff is praiseworthy. Vikash and Bishal behaviour is amiable. Room no 301 and 302 stay was very pheasant

The rooms were beautiful. All basic amenities were available. Shri Vishal Kumar at the reception was very polite and helpful. In-house restaurant is available and food is good quality. View from the room is good. The hotel is located near to taxi stand so no issue with transportation. MG Road is also 10min via taxi.
