Location is good but tough to find the exact location, reception staff was not attending cal few time, food quality is bad, reception staff told me that cheff was on leave so we can provide limited item, omelete was not cooked properly

My room was dirty after requesting change my room with changing rs2000. 00 extra. My breakfast was included but they forced me for payment it. Very bad experience on my journey.

The sliding door of the the balcony had no locking system so would suggest everyone to check the doors as soon as you enter your room.
