Do not book this hotel even if you had the last option. Worst staff and very very unhygienic rooms. WORST CHECK IN EXPERIENCE NO BACK UP IN CASE OF NO POWER SUPPLY EVEN THE BATHROOM WATER RUNS DRY. NO TOWEL, NO complimentary toiletries WERE PROVIDED They do not care for what ever you need. Stray dogs keep on barking whole night. Hotel is rented to NJP based dealers they most likely to catch you at the station and offer you tour package with a very high price and when they take advance its not their responsibility to get you to new hotel in case you deny to stay at Hotel Highland vista . Photos provided by the hotel at the websites are mere imagination and nothing else. APART FROM THE HOTEL KINDLY BE AWARE OF THE NJP BASED TOUR ADVISERS WHO ARE ASSOCIATED TO THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR MONEY AND HOLIDAYS. PLEASE LOOK AT THE ACTUAL PHOTOS OF THE HOTEL.
