The property is at the best location in Gangtok. Rooms are also nice and well maintained. But with less staff they were not able to provide any of the basic requirements. Tea bags and sugar could not be provided in all rooms even after asking (We had checked in to three rooms). A very poor restaurent. In the complementary breakfast very few items (bread/poori) was provided. Even milk or fruites were not available. In MA plan for dinner they could provide only one item ***** with roti (one mixed veg for vegetarians and chicken curry for non-veg)

We was visited lot of time gangtok,but this time we was stay-at- poz gangtok hotel.our experience was too good because of their hospitality and food quality, every staff was very friendly,room condition was too good, specially we r talking about bangali food like Kolkata biriyani ,macher jhol those items are like signature dish . nice experience 🙂.we r visiting again and again.
