Club Mahindra Gangtok

The weather was amazing and the view from the hotel was nice. The staff were Cooperative and kind. Dhiran and Nunam were very sweet and attentive and they did their job well. Rooms were good and food was okay. The village trek and river trek was handled well by Dhiran.

Fantastic resort with excellent hospitality, Location is isolated but pristine Singing and dancing by Nunam and Mr Anant Kumar was mesmerizing...all in all an excellent team All the people working here are - Sharmila, Krishna, Nunam, Debasish made the service at the restaurant great...food was lovely 🌹

We went with our Family to this resort around May 27-June 1st.The resort is so beautiful and is surrounded by serene mountain peaks of Himalayas. The room we got was even more beautiful , Sikkim type houses build with wood on 2nd floor and the view from the balcony was amazing , the flowing clouds everyday play hide and seek with the serene mountains and we woke up to see that every morning sipping wonderful masala chai made by the resort kitchen. The Chef Mr. Prabir took care of our special food needs very well -(A perfect south Indian sambar & Rasam we asked for , apart from other things. To my surprise they made it as good as south indians.They took us for river trekking and Ms.Nunam guided us the trek with great care and shared all her knowledge about the flora of the mountain on the way and the Trek was the BEST of our stay ..OVerall a very Enchanting stay in this resort .

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.Nunam was cooperative

Resort is away from hush of City Life. Apart from tourist spot we got good exploration of local culture, village lifestyle, less explored waterfalls. Good support from Dhiran to explore the local, chef Prabir took good care of our hunger while Melodies and performance of Ms Numan made our experience filled with memories. Appreciate the hospitality.

Our stay at Club Mahindra Royal Demazong has been a great experience just in the last 2 days of being here. We would like to acknowledge the customer centric behaviour of Nunam who took us (My family of 4) for the river side trekking and to the waterfalls. It was an absolute bliss to have her guide with her local knowledge of flora, villages around the place. When we had some tough time passing certain tricky terrains of the trek, she gave us the confidence and personally took care. Dhiren did a good job in explaining us about this trek and made us choose this. We had some special food need and the chefs Prabir, Bijou did an excellent job and we must say that we got floored by their hospitality and attention to the details. Food was so delicious even with those restrictions. This is the definitely one of best Club Mahindra resorts we had been to ( Munnar, Coorg, Virajpet, Lungi, Ooty, Jim Corbett) in terms of food, hospitality and friendly staff members. Kudos to all of them!
