The hotel though very conveniently located failed to live up to the expectation .There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel. September was quite warm and pedestal fans were provided in the rooms. This is quite unusual . Cobwebs were found in the rooms and if I am not mistaken, we were the only guests in the entire hotel during the festive season. View from the room is good. However, the hotel staff are very nice. They in every possible way tried to do their best but certain things were beyond their capacity. Management should think of upgrading this hotel which is otherwise good.

I came here in month of October with my family for a vacation, and the staff is very friendly. The food served to us everyday was very delicious also the chef's special- thukpa soup is a must try here. Overall, we had a very great experience.

We have very pleasant stay at Hotel Cilantro.. Rooms are very clean.. Staff is very polite.. specially Gracy mam for her service.. Do visit here for stay and nice experience.. 🙂

Hotel: The Hotel is neat and clean with premium feel, building is located very close to MG Marg, Lal Bazar, New Market, WestPoint Shopping Mall, Movie Theater all are available by walking. Staff: All Staff (Reception, House Keeping, Restaurant Staff) are so professional and they are always ready in your service with 24/7 smiling face. They always greet us with good vibe. Room: I stay two night and during that all my requirement fulfilled in one call. Hotel/Room is neat and clean, room has many feature two big windows with double curtain, chair, sofa, small round shape table, TV, Water Heater, Fan, Almira with Hangers, many drawers, Double Bet with Pillows and Cushions. Restaurant: Restaurant in neat and clean with around 30 people seating arrangements. Food: Food option and food quality is good, I ate many items and all items taste was very good. I left nothing on the plate.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Special thanks to Sandeep who took amazing care of us—always helpful, polite, and attentive. His warm hospitality truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant.

The hotel is located approximately 5 min walk from MG marg. Located in the centre of the gangtok city has a clear mountain view. The room is very neat. One of the best hotel with reasonable rate. The staffs were very supportive. We were welcomed on arrival in a traditional way. Foods found to be very delicious. I would like to mention Mr Sandeep and Miss Grace for their support and hardwork during our stay. Highly recommended for this hotel if you are visiting gangtok.
