Amazing stay..stayed in suite and was all worth. Mountain and valley view facing sunrise. Vishal and team were attentive, co- operative and quick to respond. Food is good though limited spread. 30 minutes Away from main city so plan accordingly

if one is looking for a peaceful location to spend time amidst the calmness of the mountains and a breath taking view then this place is a must stay. Mornings are cozy with the sun peeping through the window and waking up to an amazing view of the valley. The rooms are cozy well maintained furnished and all amenities one is looking for are present. The staff is very sweet and super friendly. The manager mr rahul is a great person whom can be trusted for anything you are wanting in that place. We shall come back to the same place whenever we find time away from the busy world

The property was very well maintained and was assisted by the front office manager Mr.Vishal. He welcomed us and provided timely services whenever requested. The rooms were very clean with very good breakfast options catering to all cuisines. The property’s location is also ideal to most of the tourist spots including Nathula pass, baba mandir and local Gangtok tour. However, we had a terrible experience with the sales team of the resort and specifically to mention, Ms.Diksha. When we were sourcing for transport booking, she told us the resort would provide us one car and one driver for all 4 days and charged INR 26,000. She in fact discouraged us from going to other providers by telling that these providers cheat tourists by giving a different car and different driver everyday. However to our disbelief, we were given two different drivers and cars for airport pick up and drop off and one driver and car for sightseeing. These change of drivers and cars were not what was promised and we had to discover all this ourselves with no prior intimations from her. I had to communicate these changes with the sales team, driving company and driver. When questioned about this, her answers were to not addressing the root of the problem which was her promise but more toward that she solved the problem for the day. We found this extremely unprofessional from their side. It was a great experience at the property for us, however, it was ruined by the sales team’s attitude creating an impression for us.

We visited ***** with 2 young kids. Pros: 1. Beautiful and nicely maintained property 2. Good views from balcony Cons: 1. 30 mins drive from city. My kid needed medical help and it was very difficult. 2. Staff is limited, you may not receive a response immediately when you call reception, housekeeping or restaurant. You may need to try all 3 to see who is available and then place a request.

Voyage Songfum Retreat is located outside the main areas of Gangtok, approximately 8 kilometers from MG Marg, the central tourist hub. Traveling to the main areas from the hotel takes about 30 minutes. This distance necessitates having a personal car (self-drive) or a car with a driver for easy commuting. Gangtok and its surroundings are known for their relaxed pace. This means most activity winds down after 6:30-7:00 PM, making it difficult to find cabs after a certain time. This can limit accessibility from the hotel in the evenings. There's a school right next to the property, so if you're seeking complete silence for naps, be aware that there might be some noise in the mornings. When we checked in, we seemed to be the only guests. As a result, the breakfast buffet wasn't available, and only à la carte options were offered. However, everything we ordered from the buffet menu was delicious. One of the Best Resort we have stayed. Not for so many days but we will plan next visit for a longer time. Hospitality was superb, all the staffs are so cooperative. Quality of foods are also good but have to improve more. And the main thing is the VIEW... From room, or balcony we can see the view of Mountains. It was superb view.. Overall a great stay with great hospitality. Thank you. Will suggest to visit everyone.

Myself Priyanka first time we came to gangtok..we stay in voyage songfum retreat resort...the resort was awesome..I would say beautiful property with fabulous staff...hospitality like 5 start hotel...ambience....rooms I must say wow 👌 and food was delicious you never get the taste from any where.which you get here with variety...once you must visit....

Great hospitality by Mr Dheren hotel manager and staff members - Prakash & Manish. Amazing food taste prompt service. Well maintained property perfect place to stay with your loved ones. Also one can also enjoy the perfect sunrise. Hotel staff helps to arrange cabs for travelling. Chef is really good . Makes food as per your taste.
