The location was gud accessible to all nearby amenities and MG marg area. Room with v gud ambience, valley view from hotel. Gud and courteous staff. V gud breakfast with multiple options to choose Rooms were clean and neat with all amenities in-house.

We stayed for 2 days and everything was really good.Highly recommended.Hotel is very near to M G Marg and at the prime location.Room,view from the room,service,food,behaviour of hotel staffs all are excellent. And Varsa will welcome you with full professionalism and care.She is a valuable asset as an employee indeed.This was our 3rd visit at Gangtok and going further I can't think any better option than Gangtok Prime Hotel and Spa.

We booked 3 rooms. We got room 101 (executive room) , 104 (Deluxe) and 204 room (Deluxe). All rooms are small especially deluxe rooms are pathetic. No space to keep bags. The rooms were not cleaned , I took photo and informed the reception about that. Washrooms were slippery, cupboards were not cleaned , floor was sticky. Pathetic smell inside the room. We ordered food and again not worth mentioning here.

the stay was perfect.. Chose it due to location..It is just 2 mins walk from MG Marg, you just have to take the stairs.. overall staff behaviour was good..We just had soup there which was okay.. Over-all good experience

I like the hotel location and its ambience. It is near to MG Road. Also the food was awesome. Must Visit for hospitality.
