The hotel was amazing, rooms were very clean and well maintained, room service and the food was top notch, we were accidentally charged extra and after telling it to the management the refund process took less than 5 minutes, very satisfied with the overall experience.

The location was excellent, situated in a convenient area close to major attractions and dining options. The lobby and common areas were clean and inviting, creating a good first impression.
However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. While it was spacious and had a comfortable bed, there were several issues. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with noticeable dust on surfaces and a less-than-fresh smell. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were sparse, and the shower had inconsistent water pressure.
Service was a highlight, with the staff being friendly and attentive. They were quick to address any issues I raised and provided helpful recommendations for local activities.
Overall, while the hotel has potential and a good location, improvements in room maintenance and cleanliness would enhance the overall experience.

I booked a Deluxe room with a single bed, expecting a queen-sized bed as advertised. Instead, I was given two single beds pushed together with an uncomfortable mattress. When I called reception, they just shrugged it off, saying "that's how it is." This is supposed to be a hospitality business. Totally misleading and disappointing—never again visiting or suggesting it Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof at all—people walking in the lobby, calls from the dining area, and even guests in other rooms watching TV were all clearly audible. This has been an extremely disappointing experience—definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
